摘    要:20世纪,中国师范教育发展经历了由设置独立的“定向型”师范体系向设置多元的“开放型”教师培训体系的过渡,尽管过个过渡才刚刚起步,但陈旧落后的教师培训理念严重阻碍了中国师范教育的发展,延缓了向多元“开放型”教师培训体系过渡的进程。导致这一现象的原因,除了中国传统文化中对教师行业的经视外,师范教育本身的专业化程度过低也是一个重要因素。面对教师专业化的世界趋势,中国师资培训该向何处去,是今天教育改革中值得深思的问题。

Abstract:In 20th century,China's teacher education underwent a transition from the system of directional education to the system of multivariate"open"education.Yet the outmoded notion of teacher training stood in the way of progress of teacher training,delaying the above mentioned transition.That was caused by the fact that the teachers were loodked down upon in traditional Chinese culture and the level of specialization of teacher education was too low.Along with the world trends that eachers are to be specialized,what has to be done with teacher training is a problem that should be pondered on in China's education reform.
