| 摘 要： | 克拉玛依市是典型的以油气资源的开采加工为主的资源型城市,随着油气资源的减少,如果不能及时转型,城市将不可避免地面临油尽城衰的结局,如何实现城市的科学转型,直接关系到城市经济的发展和社会稳定。阐述了克拉玛依要基于自身的资源、地缘等优势,综合考虑内外机遇与挑战,因地制宜地推动城市的转型,实现资源型城市的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Karamay is a typical resource-based city, with the reduction of oil and gas resources, if it can＇t transform in a timely manner, it will in- evitably face a result that the ending of the oil will make the city end. How to achieve the scientific transformation of the city, directly related to the city＇s economic development and social stability. Karamay should base on its own resources, geographical advantages, integrating internal and external opportunities and challenges, promote the transformation of the city to achieve the sustainable development of resource-based cities. |
