| 摘 要： | 高职院校推进"双证书"制度的实施,对于提高人才培养质量,具有重要意义。推进实施"双证书"制度对策有:积极营造有利于实施"双证书"制度的内外部环境;充分发挥行业协会等机构的作用;以职业能力为核心,构建高职教学新模式;新观点、新思路、建设满足需要的实训基地和双师结构教师队伍;进一步提高职业技能鉴定的科学性与规范性。

| Abstract: | It is of great significance for polytechs to promote the system of doule-certificate and to improve the quality of talents training.The counter-measures are: to give full scope to trade associations so as to create ideal inner and outer environment;to take professional abilities as the core to build a new model of polytech education;to develop,with creative fresh ideas,satisfying drill bases and a team of double-qualified teachers;and to further improve the scientificalness and canonicalness of professional skill tests. |
