| 摘 要： | 工程施工阶段是实现建设项目的过程，造价的90％以上都耗用在施工阶段，因此，这一阶段的造价控制是整个工程造价控制的重要一环，要准确处理造价、工期和质量的辨证关系，把投入产出观念渗透到施工过程中，努力使各项生产要素达到最优组合。分析了某机械工业园在建设过程中在成本管理方面出现的问题，并通过采用边际分析法、价值工程法等具体措施，有效的控制了工程成本。

| Abstract: | Construction phase of engineering is the process of constructing project, and as more than 90% of projects cost is spent on this phase, the cost control of this phase is an important link of the entire project cost control. It is necessary to deal with the dialectical relationships among cost, period and quality of construction, and carry out the concept of input-output during the construction process to achieve the optimum combination of production factors. According to analysis of cost management problems during building process of a machinery industrial park, the cost of the project was controlled effectively by means of marginal analysis, value engineering and so on. |
