| 摘 要： | 伴随着国际社会行为主体的多元化,安全研究的指涉对象也日益多元化,但国家安全作为传统的研究领域,依然保持其原初的重要性。国家安全研究有三个重要分支：现实主义集中研究的安全困境体系、自由主义重点研究的安全制度体系与建构主义关注的安全互动体系。三者各有侧重和优势,不能相互替代。因此,最有说服力的国家安全解释理论必然兼容三个国家安全体系的研究成果。纵观国际社会中的国家安全,国家实力是其中最为重要的安全变量,所以解释国家安全的理论应该建立在一个以实力对比为基础的＂中心—边缘＂国家安全体系框架上,通过对国家安全体系与国家安全的关系、中心国家在国家安全体系中的作用和安全威胁因素流动的说明,解析国家安全在国际社会中的现实状况。
