| 摘 要： | 学术界对英语动词体的研究较早,成果较多。英语动词的体是个最基本的语法范畴。在承袭传统的同时,突破传统的藩篱从不同角度分析英语动词的体会有意外的惊喜。因此,从语义视角———从与情境类型相关的角度分析英语动词的体,进而探讨其语用功能无疑是一个非常有意义的尝试。它不仅使看似简单、老生常谈的话题更有趣,而且使对英语动词体的理解更深入、更全面。

| Abstract: | The research of aspect of English verbs started very early and was fruitful. Though there are controversies, it＇s certain that the aspect of English verbs belongs to a grammatical category. Based on the traditional studies, yet not confined to them, the aspect of English verbs can be seen from different perspectives, which may bring surprise and delight. It is of significance to summarize its pragmatic functions and to study the aspect of English verbs from a semantic perspective related to situation types. Thus the seemingly simple and old topic becomes more fascinating and a more comprehensive and profound interpretation can be obtained. |
