| Abstract: | Preserving network evidence by identification is a legal system which the legal identification agency identifies the information of fact and audit information of the network evidence by specific method of preservlng, preserves the bodies of information and confirms the legal effect of the network evidence. The information theory makes the subject,the object and the method of identification special. The procedure of preserving network evidence by identification which establishes on the basis of the system above may adapt to the features of the network evidence better. It is provided with greater maneuverability and more profound practical significance. |
