| 摘 要： | 化缺省是指作在与其意向读交流时双方共有的相关化背景知识的省略。本旨在探讨翻译中化缺省补偿的一个原则：使译读获得原美学价值的享受。本引入伊瑟尔的美学反应理论阐释读如何通过阅读本获得美学价值享受。在翻译中最值得译重视的是不要因填满原的空白而剥夺译读的想象力。因此，译应正确处理补偿译读的化缺省和保留原美学价值之间的关系以及对原的翻译和对原的理解之间的关系。

| Abstract: | Cultural default is defined as the absence of relevant cultural background knowledge shared by the writer and his intended readers. This paper aims to account for one of the principles of compensation for cultural default in translation: making the TL reader acquires the pleasure of aesthetic value of the original text. Isers theory of aesthetic response is introduced to explain how the reader acquires the aesthetic pleasure from reading the text. In translation the translators first and foremost concern should be especially careful not to usurp the role of the TL readers imagination by filling up the textual gaps of the source text. Therefore, the translator should handle correctly the relationship between compensating for the TL readers cultural default and keeping the aesthetic value of the original and the relationship between translation and interpretation of the source text. |
