| 摘 要： | 在对外开放经济条件下，一国参与国际贸易、国际投资的根本动力是获得贸易利益。贸易利益狭义上是指通过贸易带来的收入提高、产品丰富等福利；广义上指贸易带来的生产效率提高、技术进步、就业增加及经济增长等动态收益。本文以国际贸易理论及国际分工发展为脉络，结合国外学者的研究，探讨对外开放条件下的贸易利益分配问题。

| Abstract: | In the open economy, it is the fundamental driving force to get the gains from trade in international trade and international investment. Trade gains narrowly refer to raise revenue and bring rich products through trade; broadly refer to dynamic gains from trade such as the production efficiency increasing, technological progress, employment increasing and economic growth. In this paper, combining the theory of international trade and the development of international division of labor and the relevant research of foreign scholars,we explore the distribution of the benefits of trade in Open Economy. |
