| 摘 要： | 随着中国社会加速步入老龄化阶段，社会的养老负担越来越重，推迟退休年龄也自然成为了大家关注的热点民生问题。据报道，国家人力资源和社会保障部已经厘定2012年下半年将启动有关退休年龄延迟相关系列政策的研究工作。与此同时，许多争议和看法围绕这一主题不断见诸于报刊、电视和互联网等媒体之上。本文由这一问题出发，从推迟退休年龄的原因、影响以及大众的看法等几方面进行数据分析，并联系中国的养老金制度和国外的经验做法得出见解，揭示了中国社会在养老问题上的压力与责任。

| Abstract: | As China entered the aging society accelerated phase, pension increasingly heavy burden on society, to postpone the retirement age will naturally become a hot livelihood issues of mutual concern. According to reports, the State Department of Human Resources and Social Security has determined the second half of 2012 will start the research work related to delay the retirement age related series of policies. At the same time, a lot of controversy and opinions surrounding this topic constantly seen on top of other newspapers, television and Internet media. In this paper, starting from this issue, from the reasons to postpone the retirement age, the impact and the public perception of several aspects of data analysis, links China’s pension system and the practice of foreign experience to draw insights, the process is more felt in Chinese society in the pension pressure and responsibility issues. |
