| Abstract: | The direct claim right of third party in liability insurance means that the third party may claim the insurance compensation form the insurer directly according to the law or the insurance contract.This paper analyzes the conception and general situation of the direct claim right of third party,the nature of the direct claim right of third party,and the necessity and feasibility of endowing the third party with the direct claim right.Serving as a modest spur to induce somebody to come forward,it may be good for the legislation of the direct claim right of third party. |
