| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、综合分析法，对现代田径运动教学与训练的发展趋势进行分析和探讨，研究表明：以竞技体育观念为目标的传统教学模式，对目前大、中、小学田径课程的教学带来了不少的困难。田径竞技技术的革新步伐不断加快，现代田径训练运动负荷定性专项性更加明确。科学技术对田径运动发展的贡献越来越大。

| Abstract: | By using the methods of documentary,comprehensive analysis,this paper makes an analysis and discussion on the developing trends of modern track and field sports both teaching and training,the results show that the traditional teaching model regards the athletics physical culture idea as target,which brings abont a lot of trouble in the teaching of track and field curriculum at colleges,middle and high schools.the reforming step of track ang field athletics technique is srpeeding up.The fixed and specialed qualitiy of sport bad is more obvious in the field of modern track and field sports:scigentific technology has more and more contribution to the dcvelopnent of track and field sports. |
