| 摘 要： | 在学分制条件下，学生管理工作应实行导师制为主，辅之以导生制的管理模式。此外，还要搞好学生公寓服务管理，重视关心贫困学生，加强学生心理咨询及积极开展校园化活动等配套工作。

| Abstract: | Administration of college students under the credit system should be a model relying mainly on tutorial system with monitorial system subsidiary. Further more, a complete set of work is to be done in caring about the students in poverty, deliberating over their psychological consultation and actively carrying on the recreational activities on the school campus. |
