| 摘 要： | 文章采用文献资料法、专家访谈法和观察法等研究方法,分析了业余网球选手在抽击球过程中存在的协调问题:脚步过于呆滞,步法凌乱;击球点不准确;击球过程中身体各环节不协调;放松问题。并提出了一些建议。

| Abstract: | By referring to some documents,interviewing experts and carefully observing,the author analyzes some inaccordance problems that amateur tennis players encounter while batting: they are not agile and their footsteps are at random;they strike the ball at the wrong place of the racket;their organs are not in accordance;they are too nervous.The author also gives some suggestions. |
