| 摘 要： | 我国城镇化浪潮正向西部延伸。加快西部民族地区城镇化发展,需要结合区域实际,有效经营县城,充分发挥西部民族地区县城资源优势作用,努力挖掘县城对人口的吸引力、凝聚力和承载力,使县城成为西部民族地区农业人口转移的主要集聚地,走一条"县城据点型"的城镇化发展道路。
