| 摘 要： | 滇东北地区包括今昭通市、曲靖市、昆明市的东川区和寻甸县等区域,这一区域在元代属于彝族聚居区,是云南通往内地的主要交通要道。故元代在此设置了两个宣慰司,在宣慰司下设路府州县,并任命彝族首领为土官,蒙元统治者通过制定一系列的控制措施对彝族土官进行管理,使他们为蒙元王朝奔走惟命。

| Abstract: | Today＇s northeastern Yunnan province including the regions of Zhaotong city, Qujing city, Dongchuan district and Xundian County of Kunming city. The area was the inhabited regions of Yi Nationality as well as the vital communication line from Yunnan leads to China inland in the Yuan dynasty. Therefore the Yuan central established two pacifier＇s territory in the area,and under the each jurisdiction of this office were the four level of local government agencies such as I.u,Fu,zhou and the county. The leaders of Yi Nationality were endowed as the local officers undertaking the political affairs. The Yuan rulers of Mongolia also formulated a series of control measure to carry on the management to the appointees of the Yi nationality, making sure that they devoted life to the Yuan central government. |
