| 摘 要： | 文章运用文献资料研究方法,以教学实践为依据,根据体育舞蹈课的现状及体育舞蹈的特点,探讨体育舞蹈选修课的教学内容与方法。高校应根据实际情况确定培养目标,并合理地安排教学内容,采取针对性强的教学方法和科学的评价方法。

| Abstract: | Based on teaching practice and according to the present situation and characteristics of the optional course sports dance, this paper deals with the arrangement of the teaching content and method of the optional course sports dance. Universities should confirm the teaching objective according to the actual conditions and arrange the content of the cours rationally , take the teaching method with strong points and scientific methods . |
