EEG闪光刺激诱发试验对运动员神经疲劳评定的研究

摘    要:本文常规EEG诊断运动疲劳的阳性率为54.54%,应用间歇性节律闪光刺激诱发试验同步记录的EEG结果表明:有运动疲劳的运动员组Alpha波幅下降29%(P<0.05),随着闪光刺激频率的加快产生节律同化的频度逐渐下降、无节律同化的阳性率上升到72.73%(P<0.001),潜伏期和恢复期时间不正常的阳性率分别为74.56%和85.46%(G<0.001),比常规EEG诊断运动疲劳的阳性率明显高。

Abstract:86 subjects in 3 groups (32 healthy youngsters,32 well-trained,and 22 over-trained athletes for group A,B, and C respectively) were examined first by routine EEG followed by synchronized flashing stimulation EEC The flashing frequencies were 6,10,14,18, and 24 flickers per second with duration of 10 seconds at intervals also of 10 seconds. Findings were normal in group A and B,but amplitude of alpha wave in flashing stimulation was found depressed 29% in group C(p<0. 05). Latency duration arfter flashing stimulation and recovery time were al- so prolonged in group C by 74. 56%(p<0.001)and 85. 46%(P<0. 001) respectively. It was concluded that compared with routine EEG,intermittent flashing stimulating EEG was much more effective in the diagnosis of mental fatigue.
