| 摘 要： | 通过分析现阶段高校共青团员的思想现状,指出一些需要引起共青团工作职能部门高度重视的问题:团员意识淡薄;政治理论学习兴趣不够;创新意识不够,学术研究存在畏难情绪;团员爱校、爱院的情感低落,缺乏主人翁意识和母校情结。针对这些问题,提出了一些具体应对方法。

| Abstract: | This article analyzes the current ideological situation of the members of the Communist Youth League(CYL)and points out some problems which the functional department of CYI needs to pay more attention to:1.the weakness of the awareness of the identity of a member of CYL;2.the interest of learning political theory is inadequate;3.the sense of innovation is not strong and there is fear of difficulties during the academic research;4.the love for the schools is not intense and many members lack the awareness of being a central character and the emotional relationship with the alma mater.Then the author proposes some concrete measures to cope with these problems. |
