| 摘 要： | 虽然我国已初步建立了一套消费者权益保护的法律体系,但在解决消费纠纷的法律机制上还存在着不足之处,应当通过改变消费者在消费权益纠纷中的被动地位,健全消费者协会的组织和功能、强化对消费者权益的行政保护、建立高效快捷的解决消费纠纷的诉讼或仲裁机制加以完善。

| Abstract: | Though a set of laws has been made to protect consumers' rights,a lot of insufficiency still exist in the mechanism in solving the disputes over consumers' rights.It can be improved by changing the passive position of the consumers in disputes and by perfecting the function and organization of the Consumers' Society,strengthening the government protection,and building efficient accusation and arbitration system to solve the disputes over consumers' rights. |
