| 摘 要： | 教师职业道德建设是师资队伍建设的重要内容,对于贯彻落实科学发展观、构建和谐社会、实现科教兴国和人才强国具有重大的意义。我们反思了教师职业道德建设中存在的问题,研究探索新形势下教师职业道德建设的有效途径,建设高素质的教师队伍,才能加快学校的发展,践行科学发展观,推进社会主义精神文明和社会文明建设。

| Abstract: | The construction of teacher occupation morals is the important contents of the teachers troops' construction, for carrying through "three representatives" importance thought, carrying out scientific concept of development, and building the harmonious society, achieving to invigorate the country by the science and education, and promoting talent, all of the above have great significance. We have introspected the existent problems in the construction of the teacher occupation morals, have investigated new situation in the construction of the teacher occupation morals, have found out the valid approach , to construct the teacher's troops in a high quality level, to accelerate the development of school, to carry out the science concept of development and to enhance the construction of socialism spiritual civilization and social civilization. |
