| 摘 要： | 党的领导、人民当家作主和依法治国相互关联、相互促进和共同发展，三位一体地构成了建设社会主义政治文明的基本途径。党的领导是核心，人民当家作主是目标，依法治国是保障。只有坚持党的领导，才能实现民主政治的社会主义方向。只有实行人民当家作主，依法治国才有前提，党的领导才有坚实的基础。

| Abstract: | The leadership of the Party, having the people as the master of the country and ruling the country according to law are closely inter-relating, inter-accelerating and inter-developing. They together constitute the fundamental approach of building up socialism political civilization. The leadership of the Party is the core, having the people as the master of the country is the aim, and governing the country according to law is the guarantee. Only under the leadership of the Party can democratic politics socialism be realized. Only having the people as the master of the country and governing the state according to law can the leadership of the Party have a solid groundwork. |
