| 摘 要： | 新时期我国经济社会发展为社区学院的兴起提供了必要条件,这主要表现在:区域经济发展为社区学院奠定了坚实的经济基础；城市社区的兴起为社区学院的形成和发展提供了社会基础；多样化的教育需求是社区学院发展的强大动力；高等教育管理体制改革为社区学院的发展提供了体制基础.

| Abstract: | The economic and social development provides necessary conditions for the development of community college,which mainly embody in the following aspects: regional economic development lays solid economic foundation for community college;the rising of city communities provides social foundation for the formation and development of community colleges;diversified education demand is the great driving force for the development of community college;the reform of management mechanism of higher education provides mechanism foundation for the development of community college. |
