| 摘 要： | 党中央关于加快调整、改造和振兴东北地区老工业基地的重大决策，为辽宁高等职业教育的快速发展提供了良好的发展机遇。高职院校要认清形势，抓住契机，进一步明确办学思路，适时调整专业结构，深化教学改革。同时，在政策和资金扶持、学校及专业结构布局、公共实训基地建设、就业准入制度建立等方面，建议政府要统筹规划，从而为企业、行业的振兴提供合理的人才储备。

| Abstract: | It is good opportunity for Liaoning higher vocational education rapid development that CCPC has made great steps to adjust quickly, reform and developing vigorously Liaoning old industrial base. Higher vocational colleges must understand situation, grasp opportunity and definite college idea to adjust specialty structure and deepen teaching reform. Meanwhile we suggest government to plan as a whole from policy and capital, colleges and specialty structure distribution, public practice base construction and employment entrance system etc to provide reasonable talents for enterprise and industry. |
