| 摘 要： | 以建构主义学习理论为基础的英语自主学习模式是教学模式改革的一个重要标志，大学生英语自主学习能力的培养也受到越来越广泛的关注。从三个方面阐述了培养大学生英语自主学习能力的途径及方法，即：激发学习动机；培养以元认知为主的学习策略；营造良好的学习氛围。

This paper analyzes three ways to develop the ability of learner autonomy, and they are： activating learning motivation, developing learning strategy, especially meta - cognitive strategy, and creating a free atmosphere. |
