| 摘 要： | 社会发展和医学模式的转变决定了护理工作者应具备良好的人文素质。以培养应用型人才为目标的护理学专业自学考试，人文素质教育相对薄弱。针对这一现状，提出通过更新教学观念、优化课程体系、改革社会助学、完善考评体系等途径来加强护理人文素质教育，实现自学考试的教育功能。

| Abstract: | The changes of social development and medical mode determine that nursing workers need good humamstic quality.However,humanistic quality education is relatively unsubstantial in the nursing major of self-taught higher education.According to this actuality,renovating teaching concept,optimizing course system,innovating social aids,and perfecting exam evaluation system seem to be important to strengthen humanistic quality in nursing education and realize the function of self-taught higher education. |
