| 摘 要： | 工科院校拥有“工程型”师资队伍是实现其人才培养目标的关键。本文根据超集群学习理论，探索工科院校通过参与产业技术创新战略联盟构建“工程化”师资队伍培养平台；根据当前我国工科院校师资队伍建设中的问题，提出基于产业技术创新战略联盟平台的工科院校“工程化”师资队伍培养的措施。
