| 摘 要： | 简要阐述了研究性教学的内涵与特点，分析了开展指挥类学员研究性教学的矛盾与困境，提出了相应的对策：转变教学观念，树立学员主体地位；转变管理模式，强调和谐管理；提升学员学习的自主性；改革课程体系和教材；建立科学的教学评价体系；加大对研究性教学的经费投入。

| Abstract: | The connotation and characteristics of research-based teaching are discussed briefly.The contradictions and difficulties of research-based teaching in the undergraduate courses for junior commanders are analyzed.Some countermeasures are proposed: to change the teaching concept;set up the students' principal status;change the management mode and emphasize harmonious management;enhance the students' initiative in learning;reform the curriculum and teaching material;build up a reasonable teaching evaluation sy... |
