指挥类本科学员研究性教学存在的问题与对策

摘    要:简要阐述了研究性教学的内涵与特点,分析了开展指挥类学员研究性教学的矛盾与困境,提出了相应的对策:转变教学观念,树立学员主体地位;转变管理模式,强调和谐管理;提升学员学习的自主性;改革课程体系和教材;建立科学的教学评价体系;加大对研究性教学的经费投入。

Abstract:The connotation and characteristics of research-based teaching are discussed briefly.The contradictions and difficulties of research-based teaching in the undergraduate courses for junior commanders are analyzed.Some countermeasures are proposed: to change the teaching concept;set up the students' principal status;change the management mode and emphasize harmonious management;enhance the students' initiative in learning;reform the curriculum and teaching material;build up a reasonable teaching evaluation sy...
