| 摘 要： | 随着社会的进步和经济的发展，企业对高职院校毕业生的要求越来越高。不仅对学生的知识、技能要求越来越高，而且对学生的综合素质提出了新的要求，对学生的能力提出了更高的要求。为此，必须深入地进行以能力为核心的教学改革，以适应社会、行业不断变化的对高职人才的需求，培养出综合素质高、能力强的高职人才。
