| 摘 要： | 公务员培训是提升公务员素质与能力，加强公务员队伍建设的重要途径。由于种种原因，我国公务员培训存在体制、内容、方式、管理和质量等诸多方面问题，明显不能适应新形势下开展大规模培训公务员的要求。本文在分析存在问题的基础上，围绕创新公务员培训工作主题，从观念转变、体制机制和内容方式变革等方面提出了若干创新途径，致力于推进公务员培训工作跃上新台阶。
