高师跨学科教师教育课程改革策略

摘    要:现阶段我国综合教育师资的培养受到了新课改综合教育实践以及顶岗支教跨学科教育实习的挑战,利用高等教育现有的体制,开展跨学科教师教育,是适应时代需求、基础教育实践需求和高师院校教师教育发展的可行举措。本文对跨学科教师教育的课程改革策略进行了分析与探讨,提出变革教育理念与课程理念,构建基于"课程群"的跨学科教师教育课程计划与课程结构等策略,期望能为我国的高师教育改革与发展提供借鉴。
