摘    要:教学管理执行力是教育理念、教学目标和教学方式得以成功实施的关键。从生态学理论分析,高职院校教学管理执行力在执行的生态环境、生态结构和生态功能上面临着严重缺失的困境。重构教学管理执行力,必须完善教学管理制度,优化教学管理队伍,引进发展性教师评价与教师绩效管理,建立教学管理问责制,培植生态的执行力文化。
