| 摘 要： | 在成人高教管理中，服务质量已成为社会、家长和成人学员评价戍J,-r~教管理效度的重要标准。然而，在成人高教管理eel_普遍存在着服务理念缺失的现象。因此，探析服务理念在成人高教管理中缺失的原因及对策，是提高成人高教管理效度的需要，也将对提高成人高等教育质量和竞争力具有重要的现实意义。
