| 摘 要： | 文章说明了高职教育与区域经济发展之间的互相促进、互相依存的关系，并结合湖南铁道职业技术学院示范建设期间在专业建设、课程体系改革、培训与技术服务、双师队伍建设、校企合作实训基地建设等方面的具体做法，说明了高职教育与区域经济的结合模式。对于我国高职院校专业人才培养模式的改革具有重要的指导意义。
