| 摘 要： | 员工的创新能力是企业获得核心竞争力的源泉,员工的创新意识和开拓精神对企业自主创新能力的获得有重要的意义。文章以员工创新能力为重心,分析了培训是员工创新能力培育的有效途径,探讨了员工创新能力的培训体系和配套机制。

| Abstract: | Employee innovation ability is the fountain of enterprise's core competence.Employee innovative ideas and spirits is meaningful for the cultivation of enterprise's independent innovation ability.Based on the analysis of employee innovation ability,the author shows training is the way to cultivate employee innovation ability,and analyzes the training mechanisms and framework. |
