| 摘 要： | 完善军校学员心理健康教育，提高生长干部的心理素质，已成为新形势下提高部队战斗力的重要举措。我们应当通过研究各种影响军校学员心理健康的因素，制定合理科学的心理健康教育计划，加强军校学员的适应性教育、自信心教育与耐挫能力的培养，对广大军校学员进行心理疏导和调适，完善军校学员的环境磨炼、集体影响与自我养成教育。
