| 摘 要： | 高等教育要重视培养大学生的创新能力、实践能力和团队合作精神,作为理工科的机电类专业对这方面的要求尤为突出。对创新科技团队建设培养方式进行研究,分析了科技团队培养方式的发展现状,提出了科技团队建设的思路,并给出了可行的建设方法。

| Abstract: | Higher education should attach importance to training students＇ innovation ability, practice ability and the spirit in team cooperation. It is much more important to electromechanical students of the science and engineering. In this paper, the sci-tech team construction which is for the mode of students training was discussed, then analysed the present situation of sci-tech team training mode, proposed the mentalities of sci-tech team construction and given a feasible method of sci-tech team construction. |
