| 摘 要： | 中国有8296万残疾人,占全国总人口的6.34%。他们因身患残疾而不同程度地存在着一些心理障碍问题。尤其是在残疾人体育参与态度方面,则集中表现为强烈的自卑感,并伴之以孤独感、焦虑与抑郁情绪等心理症状,并在其体育认知和行为上有强烈异常表现。如何改善残疾人的体育自卑感问题,将有助于推动残疾人体育及全民健身活动,促进残疾人身心康复与体质改善。

| Abstract: | There are 82.96 million disabled in China, occupied 6.34% of total population. Because of suffering deformity, they have some mental obstacles at certain degree. At participating attitude of disabled, their inferiority feelings are very strong such as loneliness, anxiety and melancholia. How to change the sport inferiority feelings of disabled can promote disabled sport and national fitness activity, and improve the mental and physical health. |
