| 摘 要： | 实行不同的外贸战略是拉美模式与东亚模式最大的不同之一。对两种战略的优劣，学界进行了一定的争论。但上述两个地区采取迥然相异的外贸战略的特殊时空背景却少有关注。两个地区在外贸战略上的不同选择，更多的是特定历史条件的产物。20世纪90年代之后，两个地区在外贸战略上的趋同，也是因为时空条件的变化。
