| 摘 要： | 对100例成人水痘进行分析，并与45例儿童水痘的临床表现进行对比。结果表明，成人水痘病程比儿童患者长，症状比儿童患者重，提示注意成人水痘的鉴别诊断；接种水痘疫苗是防治水痘的最有效方法；更昔洛韦治疗成人水痘有较好疗效。
