| 摘 要： | 随着我国旅游业的高速发展,酒店业作为旅游产业的三大支柱之一,发展尤为迅速。为适应社会需要,各高职院校逐步认识到实习在酒店管理专业教学中的重要地位,正在探索一个适应现代酒店业发展、更符合高职教育人才培养目标的实习基地建设模式。然而,目前大部分高职院校的实习基地建设,仅仅停留在表面,并没有进行深入研究。因此,本文将结合高职院校校外实习基地选择、建设等方面,结合实践教学体系和专业培养目标的要求,进行具体分析研究,提出高职酒店管理专业校外实习基地建设的理念和具体措施。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of China＇s tourism industry,hotel industry as one of the three pillars of the tourism industry to develop rapidly.In order to meet the needs of society,the vocational training institutions and gradually realize that the hotel management teaching in the important position,it is adapted to explore a more modern hotel industry,more in line with objectives of vocational higher education practice base model.However,at present most of the vocational training institutions,base construction,just stay on the surface and no depth.Therefore,this article will combine vocational college choice practice bases,construction,etc.,combined with practical teaching system and the requirements of professional training objectives,specific analysis of proposed hotel management professional vocational training bases outside the concept and specific measures. |
