| 摘 要： | 随着全球化进程的推进,外籍教师已成为我国引进国外教育资源的重要组成部分,并在英语教学中发挥了重要作用。文章着重研究外籍教师在中国英语教学中的特点及存在的问题,以求重塑外籍教师的教学角色,改善外籍教师的英语教学,最大限度地发挥他们的优势。

| Abstract: | With the development of globalization,the introduction of foreign teachers has become an important part of educational resources and plays a vital role in English teaching.This paper focuses on the study of characteristics and existing problems of the foreign teachers in English teaching in China,which is expected to reshape the role of foreign teachers,improve their teaching methods and exert their advantages to the utmost. |
