| 摘 要： | 网络空间的合理有序运行需要规范。为了构建合理的网络规范,有必要系统地理解网络规范的概念。从规范论的角度讲,网络规范是调控不同主体网络行为的具有不同程度之普适性的指示或指示系统,具体包括调整网络主体之间关系的网络规范、调整网络主体与计算机或互联网之间关系的网络规范、调整网络主体与现实世界之间关系的网络规范。

| Abstract: | The norm is a necessary condition for the reasonable operation of human society.With the emergence of the Internet,the space of human activity extended to the cyberspace.The cyberspace also needs the norm for its reasonable operation.This is network norm,including law,moral,customs and habits,etiquette and so on.However,the Internet was born late and develops fast,the construction of network norm is in a backward state,even confused with the norm of the real word.So,it is necessary to understand the concept of the network norm.This paper will analyze the concept of the network norm,uncover its connotation and denotation. |
