| 摘 要： | 对化工机械及煤炭机械中常见的阀杆、阀头的材料和焊接材料的可焊性及其力学性能进行了分析,根据阀杆、阀头及焊接材料选择了合适的焊接范围及流程,使焊接后的阀杆、阀头达到了工艺要求、降低了设备成本,利于设备的正常运行.

| Abstract: | An analysis is made of the material of valve stem and valve core,which are often seen in the operation of chemical industry machinery and coal machinery and of the solder ability and other mechanical properties of the material systematically.Appropriate welding scope is selected according to valve stem,valve core and welding material,which results in the achievement of the technological requirement after welding,the reduction of the cost of the equipment and the normal operation of the equipment. |
