| 摘 要： | 死刑是现代刑罚体系中最古老的刑罚方法。从世界范围看,废除死刑已成为不可逆转的潮流。在我国当前及今后相当一段时间内,虽然废除死刑的条件尚不具备,但应做到极大限度地限制死刑。而在死刑限制的问题上,则应注重政策、立法、司法三维一体的协调统一。

| Abstract: | Although capital punishment is an old method of punishment, the removal of such punishment is inevitable all over the world. But in China, there are no sufficient conditions to do so. However, it is necessary to keep it within the maximal restriction. The restriction is necessarily focused on the unity of policy, legislature, and justice. |
