| 摘 要： | 当前投资过热是宏观调控面临的重要问题,影响我国经济的健康发展。通过具体的材料和数据及相关理论,对投资过热进行了实证分析,证明我国当前确实存在投资过热现象。造成投资增长过快的主要原因有地方政府的发展冲动,市场经济体制不完善等原因。

| Abstract: | Current over hot of investment is a important serious problem faced by the macro regulation and control,which affects the healthy economic development of China.Through concrete materials,data and theories concerned,this article analyzes the over hot of investment and proves that the phenomenon of over hot of investment in China really exists today.The main reasons that cause the investment to grow excessively quickly are the development impulse of local government and the imperfect market economy system and so on. |
