| Abstract: | In order to improve the management levels,the main problems in the science & technology projects management in universi- ty are discussed.Some methods to solve these problems are investigated.Through these measures,we can formal the projects manage- ment procedures,strengthen the sense on knowledge rights protection.And the generation of the science & technology research input is also intensified. |
