| 摘 要： | 卢梭的主权在民理论是对当时法国主流文化个人主义的反叛,体现了他拯救平民大众的愿望,这一理论的内容可归纳为:一、公意是主权在民理论的哲学基础,是通过全民公决的形式实现的。卢梭的主权在民理论具有历史进步意义的一面,这一理论告诫统治者,在社会转型时期,平民大众的利益不能忽视;但这一理论也有缺陷,它过分强调公意,容易导致平均主义。

| Abstract: | Rousseau's theory that sovereignty belongs to the people was to the rebelling of the cultural individualism of the French Main stream at that time. It reflected the hope he delivered the common people and could be summed up:Public will is a philosophical foundation of the theory that sovereignty belongs to the people, it controls everything and is correct forever; the sovereighty is the people's and unassignable and imalienable; it is realized through the r eferendum. This theory was partly right and had its progressive meaning of histo ry. It warned the rulers that the interests of the common people could not be ig nored during the society transition. But it was also defective, for it put undue emphasis on public will, which is apt to cause equalitarianism. |
