| 摘 要： | 教师评价制度是促进教师专业发展的重要因素。对目前我省教师评价改革中热点问题的剖析，旨在寻找教师评价制度改革的实践策略。逐步建立以教师自我评价为主的评价制度，建立安全的教师评价机制，体现评价标准的个性化，构建和谐、民主的校园文化，对促进我省教师专业发展具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Teacher's evaluation system is the important factor of bringing about an advance in teacher's speciality by dissecting the practice tactics aiming at looking for teacher's evaluation system reform in our province at present time,setting up the evaluation system by relying mainly on the fact that the teacher appraises himself progressively,the teacher who sets up security appraises the mechanism.Reflecting the individualization of the evaluation criterion constructs the campus culture of harmonious democracy,in order to bring about an advance in speciality of teacher in our province which is of great significance. |
