| 摘 要： | “驰名商标”最早见于1925年《巴黎公约》。《巴黎公约》和TRIPS协议对驰名商标的保护分别采取相对保护主义和绝对保护主义两种模式。我国的驰名商标保护制度日益成熟,制度保护体系已与国际接轨,带有显著的国别特色。
